The Secret Lives of Knitters
So I talked about some knitting pictures...
I took a picture of the basketweave scarf I'm working on for my friend Mary-Frances. Actually, I don't think I've mentioned to her the yarn or pattern I ended up picking for her (it's not a gift, so I can tell her ahead of time.) I can't remember the brand off the top of my head, but it's a merino blend. Anyway - I can't remember what I named the file, so I can't find the picture on my server. Damn. I'll have to post it tonight.
So, here's a needle case I sewed the other night.

It's a little sloppy but it works. It holds all my needles neatly in one place. The picture is blurry!
I saw the movie "The Secret Lives of Dentists" last night. I thad a couple of my favorite actors in it - Hope Davis and Robin Tunney (even if she only had a small role). It was interesting. Dennis Leary was even tolerable in it. I would reccommend watching it on the Sundance channel like I did or renting it on NetFlix. I think Hope Davis is pregnant in it, but they try to hide it, or I don't know if it's supposed to be part of the story. They do a lot of waist up shots.
Which reminds me of other favorite movies starring these people - Cherish, Next Stop Wonderland, Daytrippers. I have to re-rent those and watch them again.
