Pathetic Lack of Knitting
I've been catching up on reading people's knitting blogs and I am quite jealous of all the cute projects everyone's making! Meanwhile I am stuck on this blue basketweave scarf that I've been working on forever (seriously, I think I was working on it in the womb) and the Topsecret sweater from Knitty. The more I work on the topsecret sweater the more I think that I'm never going to wear it. I didn't do a swatch to check my gauge and I think the thing is going to be gigantic!
Now I have to decide if I want to rip it out or what? I'll probably just finish it since I'm on the sleeves and if it's too big I'll find someone to give it to.
Despite this lack of knitting I do have piles and piles or yarn and prospective projects. I want to make the minisweater from the Glampyre site and also I bought some baby yarn to make baby blankets and outfits for a few ladies at work who are pregnant. Then there's my desire to make everything out of the Rebecca #28 magazine. I better get on it!
I want to knit so badly, but I get home from work pretty late and then I have to do stuff like cook dinner, and pack. Hopefully after the move I'll have more time for my yarn.

The minisweater is sooo easy :) I made one a few months ago pretty quickly. Not that I ever wear it now though...i decided after the fact that I should have made some revisions. Anyway...it was easy. And I'm feelin ya on the lack of knitting. I have done absolutely no knitting in days. No time with school right now...
