Spam Alert

I knew this day would come eventually - spam comments.

I'm getting some spam comments on this blog, so starting now, the first time you comment after this post, I will have to approve you before it shows up. After that, your comments should show up automatically.

Sorry to hold up the process but it prevents you from having to see online (insert service here)'s comments mixed in with yours.

Well that just sucks. I guess I'll have to drink my Lime flavored Coke while sitting here on my Ikea computer chair staring at this lovely 21 inch NEC CRT monitor. (sigh) I'm just so tired of senseless acts of advertising that I'm going to go drown my sorrows in Yuengling, the world's oldest brewery. Now available in 30 packs!

Blasted Spam comments! I get alot from certain medicines that promise to get a rise out of my man. I wish I could email them back and tell them if the pills came with a man, then I would leave the comments up.

PS I have a couple of Moosewood cookbooks that bekonged to my mother. Of course I have never actually used any of the recipes myself...but my mother thought they were genius. Happy cooking!

I don't know how, but I've avoided spam comments so far *knocking on wood*. I thought they were mostly sticking to blogspot sites, but you aren't blogspot anymore. Now I'm ascared.

They're just advertising comments though, right? Nothing like the ones I got recently boasting "ANIMAL SEX!!" or anything, right? Ugh...that shit pisses me off.

The comments have slowed down, but basically they were from an online drug store. I get them on the wedding blog from online gambling places. Damn spammers!

BTW, Dan, Spam commenters don't have the patience to post on blogger sites. :)
