You know you're old when

You covet furniture.

I love this shelf.

I will buy this shelf.

I spent an unhealthy amount of time today deciding if I wanted to buy some yarn online. I decided against it. I really need to know what my next project is before I buy supplies for it.

I went to knitting last night and had a really good time. I got a lot done on the sweater and will post some pictures soon. I also cast on for a diagonal knit baby blanket when I got home for one of the ladies having a baby.

Okay - gotta get back to work.

Yes, that is a sign of age. As is once you get those pieces of furniture you make a point to show your guests the piece of furniture you coveted and now own.

We have art shevling similar to that. We got it at a place called room & board. Thier furniture ROCKS. It is made with reclaimed pine from an old warehouse. you can see the age and the bolt holes etc. I love it and it adds some verticality to the room.

I am also old then...cause I want everyting in the IKEA catalog. And some of the Pottery Barn catalog. And I love those shelves too :)

I heart Pottery Barn and Room & Board. Very expensive for my budget, though. I can't wait to be rich.

I have those shelves! I got them at the Room & Board Outlet for $70. They ain't as high quality as you might think. Two of my shelves have already started to split. But they look hellacool in my room.
