Someone Fill Me In!

My Tivo cut out tonight right at the end of the Gilmore Girls season finale. Luke was telling Lorelai that she could talk anyone into anything and BLOOP - The tivo's taping Deadliest Catch on the discovery channel. I'll have to wait until my local station writes up their ghetto recap to find out what happened. Did you know that local stations did that? Who writes these? Can I get a job writing them?
They used to be much worse. They were obviously written by some intern in a room watching the episode then writing their version of what happened. I've checked them out before and they usually were filled with grammatical errors and local slang. If only I had that job when I was an intern at a TV station...maybe I would've stuck to it.
Oh and I found out my spider is a very boring cellar spider. No crazy hybrid for me.
Tomorrow is my first knitting night I'm hosting at my house. It shall be fueled by wine and quesadillas. MMMM. I'll have to post pics..

SO frustrating about your Tivo. Too bad I don't watch TV! Hopefully someone can tell you. Have fun at knitting night!

I saw the picture of Rory and skipped straight to the commenting. I have NOT seen the finale. Don't want you to blow anything for me....can't wait to see it though...

I haven't watched it yet... going home to do so in about an hour :) BUT, if you ever miss anything, check televisionwithoutpity.com...right after the show, they put up a QUICK recap, but a few days later they recap it in down-to-the-last-word DETAIL that's almost PAINFUL to read!!!!

Wine, quesadillas and knitting? Sounds like a good time to me!

Luke was ranting and Lorelai was looking at him and then realized how much she loved him. Then SHE asked HIM to MARRY her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh my god, best episode ever!!!! Except for that part about Lane's band. Boring. But I like her freaky mom.

Lara is right, TWoP is THE BEST and I check it out for recaps whenever I miss one of my precious shows. Sadly, I am one of the unfortunates in the world without Tivo. I am sure you knitting night will be awesome; I find anything fueled by wine usually turns out great!

Add another vote for TWoP. The recaplets are fantastic and I get such a kick out of the House forum.
