Breaking news - Ice Cream Scam
Okay, as you all know I'm on this DIET for the WEDDING that I talk about non-stop. Anyway - I found these Weight Watchers ice cream sandwiches in the store. I got them home and they were really good and only 2 points. They were the same size as a normal ice cream sandwich - let's say like a Jack and Jill. When I went back to the store I saw a comprable (fat/calories/etc) box of ice cream sandwiches made by Popsicle. I was excited when I got them home becuase I enjoyed the others so much.
When I opened the box I got the shock of my life! (okay that's a little dramatic) These ice cream sandwiches are only low fat/low cal/low everything because they're teeny tiny! Here it is next to my remote for scale.

Look at that! What a freaking scam! Of course it's only two points! It's only two bites! Gah!
I'm not a huge ice cream person - but I do enjoy a novelty ice cream snack once in a while. I used to buy a strawberry shortcake or chocolate eclair ice cream bar at lunch all the time in elementary school for 35 cents. Ah - those were the days.
In other food related news - we have an abundance of tomatoes from the organic farm share so I made tomato pie.

Looks gross but tastes great! See Chris thinks so!

It's a Paula Dean recipe from the Food Network. Her stuff is neither low points nor low cal, but high in mayonaise content. The recipe sounds gross but when you make it, it's really good. A real good way to use up extra tomatoes.

The Good Humor Ice Cream truck goes through my neighborhood every afternoon. Now you've got me craving. I adore ice cream! And it's going to be about 95 degrees here today!

Geez, you could have had half of a regular ice cream sandwich for probably the same points, etc. That is a rip-off!

Sonia brought home HUGE strawberry shortcake ice cream on a stick made with real Splenda® at only 110 calories a pop. I'll find out the make and model when I get home tonight.

Tomato pie sounds AWESOME.
Most of my coworkers are doing WW. They really love the "skinny cow" ice cream sandwiches. Can't say that I've tried them, but I thought I'd pass it on.

Super. Scam. Not. Fair.
In other news, I like your tank! But it's okay if you don't so much. ;-)

The skinny cow stuff tastes like flavorless fluff. You have to try weight watchers cokkies and creme ice creme bar.It is really big and covered with oreo like crumbles. It think it is three points and worth every cookie crumble.I also like nestle's sugar free fudge pops.YUM!they are kind of small but only 60 calories and perfect if you just want a little taste of chocolate. They are really rich and flavor full.Wow,I know my low fat junk food.Your tomato pie looks good but I am also anti tomato.

what store sells the dean's skinny cow ice cream and milk? My daughter somehow got a bunch of coupons and I don't know where to use them at, saw stores listed in Canada, so where are they in Florida? Any one know?
