Busier than...
A one legged man in an ass kicking contest as my friend Shawn would say.
This week is ass. I have so much to do. No time for knitting. No time for blogging. No time for reading your blogs. No time for exercising. And yet, plenty of time for eating and feeling sorry for myself when I look and I've eaten 22 points by lunch time. Oh those who have counted points feel me. YOU FEEL ME!
Anyway - don't feel bad for me, the work week will be over soon enough.
Do, however, feel bad for Chris. He has a tooth ache of high proportions. I feel bad for him. Poor husband.
As promised earlier, here's a picture of our peanut butter wall! Reason #301 for having a husband - they are good at painting walls.

Isn't it purdy? I want to lick it.
And a picture of the curtains I made, but you can't really tell what they look like because it's all bright and stuff outside.

I still need to get some accessories for these babies.
And I am almost done the main part of the Fiery Bolero. Hopefully I can finish it this week sometime and post a picture.
Oh and to my fellow Gilmore Girls fans out there, let me geek out for a minute... This is the best season ever. Tonight's episode was really good! My tivo won't tivo the "next on the Gilmore Girls" preview that comes up, so I have no idea what's supposed to happen next week! Where will Rory go? Will Paul Anka make it? Did Lorelei decide to paint her walls peanut butter as well? See she is so pretty and skinny and doesn't have to count points...

ok, while I totally disagree that this is the best season ever because more than half of this season has bored me to bloody tears, TONIGHT WAS GOOOOOOD! Next week, Lorelai wants to set a wedding date (guess why?) BUT, will a dark secret from Luke's past ruin everything?!?!?!?! DUN DUN DUUUUUUUUUUUHHHHH!

ok. I couldn't read the last few lines of your post coz I haven't seen tonight's episode yet. Hopefully tonight, but I know that Jess comes back. So far S6 of GG has been very good (am kind of sick of the Lorelai/Rory not talking thing though), but S5 was pretty amazing (Rory losing her virginity/Logan storyline). I will wait and watch tonight's episode!!! Thank god for downloading.

Love the PB walls. Our apartment needs a serious paint job (every room is off white - bleh) I may have to go with the PB for our living room.

I've been a little torn about the GG season so far..but now things are definitely picking up. I can't even tell you how excited Randy was that Jess came back. Seriously.
I am so excited that Rory and Lorelai are going to be talking again. Wheeeee!!! And what could be the possible secret from Lukes past?! me and Randy have been speculating....

My cable WENT OUT during the last 10 minutes of Gilmore Girls this week. I was PISSED. Thank goodness I was able to get an online recap.
Awww, your poor man, he looks like he feels terrible. Hope he is better!
The peanut buttery goodness of your walls is making me hungry. I want Reese's Pieces.

Place looks great, great!
I just bought a sewing machine in hope of making curtains (although in a rush I bought some that look frighteningly like the ones you made -- you don't work for Target do you ;-))

The walls and curtains look great! I love the colors. Yeesh, we've been in our house for about 2 years and have hardly done any decorating. :(
