The Infamous Bathroom Shot
Thar she blows. Tubey. Maybe I like her. I like her enough to wear her with jeans. I wore her to work and she passed the test. No one asked if I made my sweater. And at knitting group that night, everyone seemed to like her. So maybe she will grow on me.
Knitting was a lot of fun last night. A lot of the ladies are lurkers on this blog. And maybe lurkers on your blog too! Encourage them to de-lurk! Here are some shots of the girls from last night. All very talented knitters.

Six weird things about me? 1. ) Lately I've been really enjoying hershey's syrup (low fat) with skim lactaid milk. 2.) When I work out I picture that I'm working out with celebrities. Jennifer Aniston on the elliptical next to me, Reese Witherspoon meeting with her personal trainer. They're my imaginary best friends. 3.) I really like cartoons: Aqua Teen, South Park, and lately the Boondocks. 4.) I find Kelly Clarkson's music infectious. It's a sad truth. 5.) I hate cleaning tile grout. 6.) The older I get, the more I dislike eggs.

i love the bathroom shot! i definitely think it's a thumb's up. and i agree -- it's a mixed blessing when people don't realize you knit something because you just want to shake them and say, "I knit this! And you couldn't tell! Isn't that fab?"

Do you know if the girl in your picture knitted the beautiful white sweater she is wearing? (girl with orange skirt)
It sorta reminds me of this Rebecca pattern but I am too lazy right not to check if it is the same...

And I heart Kelly Clarkson. Somehow, she managed to morph from American Idol winner to pop star, and it's becoming less and less shameful to admit you like her. hee.

Tubey turned out well, J! I like the red stripes a lot. My friend Carrie (Every Word's A Purl) had a few problems with hers being too big, but she got it to work... that being said, I think yours turned out really pretty!
