Lelah

Here is a crappy shot of me wearing the finished Lelah.
Things I learned while putting this shirt together:
- Either my boobs are not as big as I thought they were or I really suck at measuring guage.
- No matter how skimpy the shirt, if its knit in alpaca/merino blend, it'll be warm
- Blindly sewing seams in something you knit to make the boob part smaller is scary, but works!
- I may or may not wear this to MD$&W depending on the weather and how I feel tomorrow.
I can't wait to meet all of you (some of you again) at the festival. Look for a sweaty Asian girl in a wool tube top. Or a cotton tank top if I come to my senses.

It's cute, though. I bet it will be nice under a blazer in the winter....

I love the suggestion of it under a blazer or jean jacket - that would look great! It really is beautiful- you're totally inspiring me to learn how to knit. :) My photoalbums are getting a bit boring and i'm starting to go back into quilting... we'll see :)
