Snowy Sock Monkey Says Hi
It's snowing outside and my office sock monkey wants to take a snow day.
Things I'd rather be doing right now:
- Vacationing in Napa (with the ability to actually drink)
- Sitting on a beach somewhere with turquoise water
- Sitting on my couch and knitting with hot cocoa
- Basically anything but working!
Went to the doctor yesterday and they said everything's fine with baby lug. About 8 weeks to go. 27 pounds gained. I cannot even begin to imagine how I'm going to continue to get bigger for 8 more weeks. Seriously.
Right now I'm going to concentrate on imagining waking up in the morning, listening to KYW 1060 to find out that my school is closed so I have a snow day. SNOW DAY! I think I used to spend my snow days watching Let's Make a Deal, Threes Company, The Price is Right, and eating Ramen Noodles. All of which sounds like a dream right now.

I love the Price is Right! I used to love to stay home and watch it..Isn't it sad that Bob is leaving soon? :(

I will never forget with my first I thought I was totally going to make it the whole pregnancy without a single stretchmark. With ONE week to go I told T. "There's no way I can get any bigger can I?" And voila.....stretchmarks! Soooo cruel!
