Tagged - woot!

One Stitch Short Sarah tagged me for this sometime last month!

Rules:
Once tagged, you must link to the person who tagged you. Then post the rules before your list, and list 8 random things about yourself. At the end of the post, you must tag and link to 8 other people, visit their sites, and leave a comment letting them know they've been tagged.

Here goes!
1. I am on a "diet" to try to fit back in my pre-pregnancy sweaters so I don't have to buy a whole new winter wardrobe.

2. I have been on weight watchers two or three times in my life. Yay Points System.

3. I waver between wanting to take down this blog and wanting to post all the time so people read it more.

4. Every night I usually have a short burst of energy before I go to bed and spend 15 minutes to half an hour doing something completely random like folding laundry, balancing the checkbook, doing dishes, etc.

5. I'm a morning person

6. I was in plays and musicals in high school and two plays in college. I considered being a theater major.

7. I think I have what would be the opposite of claustrophobia. I sometimes like very tight spaces. I used to squeeze into my linen closet as a little kid and hide. And I like the feeling of getting in a hot car on a hot day when I've been in the air conditioning all day.

8. I can't make pie crust from scratch to save my life.

I only tag one person - since I've seen this make the rounds. And that's JT. Sucker! HAHA!

I have a friend who likes tight spaces, too...she structured her whole dorm room around that and it made me crazy! As if a dorm room doesn't feel small enough already. :-)

#7 is the most awesome observation about yourself ever.
I used to play in my closet, and shut all the doors in the house because I loved the feeling of being closed in a compact place.
If Greg is up later than me and I can have the door shut to our room opposed to needing it open for Michael when we both go to sleep I fall asleep a hundred times faster.
I loved compact places.I always have.I would take a cozy nook over a huge, cold living space any day.
If i joined weight watchers now they would allow me like a point just for punishment for my excessive nature with food the last year.
I will say I have been very healthful the last month or so and have lost like 25 pounds so I guess it is a start.
I was Lucy in the lion the which and the wardrobe...I am a huge ham and also would have loved being a theater major.
I also had aspirations to be a voice over artist and have thought many times about taking this lame community course they offer to give you an "in" to the business.

Ever since we moved I have been pathetic as far as blogging...I still really enjoy it when I make the time though.

I am loving being the "room mother" at Michael's school lately...I am convinced i am going to hell for all the times I have silently thought Michael was smarter, sweeter, cuter, had better manners,or was more empathetic than the other kids in his class.
In my defense he really is...
just kidding, I am aware every mom feels their child has that little something special that no other kid has.

I laughed really hard at your baby gorilla
for halloween.Michael was also a gorilla for his first halloween...He was not a fan of the big bobbly head on it either...he was so cute though...isin't that all that matters.

o.k. this is a rambling comment,I better go put our enchilladas in the oven... Don't be jealous they are a recipe from light n tasty

I get so excited when you post. I like to see that you are surviving motherhood. Remember, the first year is the hardest and you are doing GREAT!

PS you still write a good blog, maybe not so frequent, but still funny.
