FO!
This is the tanktop I started two years ago after MDS&W 2006. This is a tank top pattern I bought at the Tess booth and is made with two skeins of her Microfiber Ribbon in copper. It's true that though it is a pain to wind, the finished fabric you get with this yarn is well worth the hassle. I will probably wear this underneath my suit as a shell. I'm pleased with the way it turned out and the pattern was really simple.
On a totally unrelated note, I'm not sure if I posted that Baby Lug got his first haircut a few weeks ago!
I'm super cool
The Lug Family has been quite busy lately. Baby Lug has been sick and getting a tooth in and I threw out my back Tuesday night. Fun times. Good thing we had an action packed memorial day weekend complete with a visit to the Adventure Aquarium in Camden and a "May Day" celebration in south Jersey. I came, I saw, I ate funnel cake. Nothing is quite as tasty as a funnel cake, nor quite as bad for you.
I'm off to see the Sex and the City movie tomorrow night. It's very exciting for me. I don't know if I'm more excited over the movie or the popcorn. I hope you all do something fun this weekend too.
